You posted about this a long time ago—did you ever find anything that actually works? Because I'm struggling with the exact same thing.
I'm 23 years old and this has been following me forever. It seems to be way worse in the summer when it's hot, and if I'm already feeling nervous on top of that, it completely wipes me out.
