Soccer Club Kits, Vol. 1 in Soccer ·
copperotter7 said:I don't think there's any connection there, seeing as Jako Andabak is an American brand, right?

Actually, JAKO is a German brand...

The latest kits from Zeljeznicar:

The first one is the away kit, the middle option is either their third or what they're calling the "alternative" design, and the last one is the home jersey.

The previous ones were definitely more my style, but honestly, these aren't bad either. They give off those old-school Umbro or Reebok vibes. I didn't even realize Champion was putting out soccer jerseys these days.

Nothing groundbreaking, but nothing terrible. Just a standard jersey. Besides, Champion has been in the soccer kit game for quite a while now; I seem to recall Parma wearing Champion back in the day...

All things considered, they weren't half bad during that era...

Since we’re already talking about Lotto, they really knocked it out of the park with this latest Udinese release; it's yet another absolute winner from them. This kit is just fantastic:

Honestly, they’re all pretty decent. If I had to rank them, I'd put the second one at the top, followed by the first, and then the third... though I'm not particularly bothered by the color of the sponsor, since it blends in reasonably well. What really gets to me, though, are those massive manufacturer logos plastered all over the sleeves. I honestly don't understand why these Italian brands are so obsessed with making such a statement... whether it's Kappa, Lott, Legea, or Zeus... It feels like the brand is being shouted at you millions of times instead of the actual club being represented... their logos just seem to take over the whole design...

It’s been quite a while since I’ve laid eyes on a kit this beautiful. If only they had found a way to make that sponsor logo blend in just a little more naturally...

mellowowl38 said:For me, the European kit is still the absolute king, but honestly, both the away and home versions are several levels above anything they've released before. And hey, can we talk about how great it is that we finally have names on the jerseys for domestic league games? It felt a little ridiculous seeing it with Slepički, but whatever, I guess we can suffer through one weird one.

What happened with Slepički?

mellowhawk91 said:Columbus Crew doesn't even have a second kit, and frankly, I don't recall them ever stepping onto the pitch in anything resembling this; it feels like they just threw it together for the sake of appearances.🙂

Technically, they’re required to have it under the regulations, though whether they actually decide to step onto the pitch or sit this one out really just comes down to whoever they're facing in their next away game...
By the way, have you ever actually noticed Inter Miami CF playing in their away kit? You haven't, of course... because nobody else in the league seems to own a yellow jersey, yet there they are, sitting on it all alone...

They were visible at first, but then that ridiculous logo just popped up out of nowhere... probably some kind of digital watermark or protection... Anyway, I've wiped the file, burned it to a disc, and I'll get it posted again shortly...

Out of the three new signings, this one feels like the standout to me. There is just something special about him...

Though, I have to say, the first one isn't exactly nothing either... 👍

I know I’m probably being a bit of a nuisance by bringing up the diaspora over in Australia again, but what can I say... late nights always seem to trigger these thoughts...

Here’s another American squad out of Australia...

Canberra FC. It honestly feels like they swiped their entire jersey concept from an American design, which makes you wonder if Nike didn't just lift the look from the PSV Eindhoven kit based on this one too...🤷

They've actually been wearing this specific kit for two years now.

In my opinion, these are some of the most aesthetically pleasing kits from clubs across the States...

Zrinjski Mostar

They might not be coming from a major global powerhouse, but they look incredible:

Even if the kits themselves are pretty hideous, there is something genuinely cool about this concept... 🤣
