Tattoo removal advice?

So, I got a new tattoo about 10 days ago. I’ve been babying the damn thing every single day—cleaning it, moisturizing, doing everything by the book—but now I’m looking at it up close and things seem... off. You can see these faint lines and little spots where the ink looks uneven, almost like you can tell exactly how the needle moved. It’s driving me a little crazy. Is this actually normal, or is it just still healing and hasn't settled down yet?
