Tattoo removal advice?

I was watching TV earlier and saw this segment about one of our local models getting a tattoo removed. She had this barcode tattooed right on her neck. From what I could gather, it’s definitely not a walk in the park, even though they use some kind of laser. Honestly, the skin looked absolutely terrible afterward, and apparently, you have to go through the whole process multiple times to actually see results. 🙄 I bet any private dermatologist in town could do it for you, but let me tell you, it isn't cheap. 😁
