Tattoo removal advice?

Has anyone here actually dealt with removing a bio-tattoo before?
To be honest, I’ve been stuck with this bio-ink for four years now, and it hasn't faded even a little bit. It still looks this weird greenish-gray color and stays raised above my skin... 👎 There's absolutely no way it's just going to vanish on its own. Seriously, everyone, please don't fall for those gimmicks like bio-tattoos!!
So, what's the best way to go about getting rid of it now?
