Kudos. After 25 years, 5 months, and one day without a single puff, I'm still standing. I wish I could find the original thread I replied to when I started this journey. I'm genuinely proud of myself...

However, I’m dealing with some breathing issues now. My lungs feel dry, but nothing comes up when I cough. Anyone else dealt with this?

To anyone planning to quit: congratulations in advance. Even if nothing else, you'll at least be able to look yourself in the mirror. I think the first few days are the worst—I kept dreaming I was smoking and would wake up in a panic, feeling like I'd betrayed my own word... Every day is a minor struggle, and while I know the war isn't over yet, I'm not backing down.😎
