IRS and Tax Filing Issues

Hey, quick question. As a small business owner getting my digital certificate, can I be the one actually filing all the forms—VAT, income tax, everything—through the IRS website myself, regardless of what my business does? Also, can I use that same setup for the social security portal to handle employee onboarding and terminations? Basically, I’m wondering if I can handle it all solo without having to hand out any powers of attorney to someone else.
