There was a recovery vehicle clearing a car out of the runoff area. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised they didn't throw a full Virtual Safety Car out for that.

Personally, I don't see any reason to hand out a penalty here.

Look, he had a messy start today, just like he did back in the United Kingdom.

I don't really get it—everyone steps off the track for a second and suddenly their lap times are being wiped.

Then you've got Perez coming out in the Second Qualifying Session, and they actually want to go investigate things after the session is over. 🤷

Honestly, Max should have taken a penalty for shoving Mick Schumacher out there—but I guess he got away with it just because of his reputation.

With all those messy incidents and Ferrari basically tripping over their own feet lately, everyone seems to have missed how Charles Leclerc actually muscled his way past Luja at Copse. You’d need some serious nerve to pull that off.

Charles Leclerc basically played a game of ping-pong at the start—first picking off Sergio Perez, then chipping away at Max Verstappen later on. If he hadn't been there, Red Bull Racing would have just cruised to an easy win.

Race breakdown:
Right when Esteban Ocon pulls onto the centerline and the Safety car notification hits, the leaders head toward the Hangar straight. I’m sitting there thinking there’s actually enough time for Ferrari to get smart, bring both drivers in, and play it safe... but of course, they mess it up and leave Charles out in the cold.

Easily the best race of the season so far.

Honestly, this applies to pretty much any sport. They’re just—well, they're the most obnoxious people you'll ever encounter. There's really no competition when it comes to how much they get under your skin.

I’m completely with you on this. I used to be one of those people arguing that we need to keep it just for the sake of tradition—but honestly, this is a total disaster. Once you reach a point where you can't even attempt an overtake despite being three seconds faster, you've got a massive problem on your hands.

Get the Monaco GP off the calendar as soon as possible.

He definitely pushed it way past the limit.

Only one section of the track is actually dry—it’d be pretty unfair to the odd-numbered starters if they had to launch on the wet patches.

No rain yet, but they've pushed the start back by 10 minutes 🤦

One Ferrari hitting the wall—if it starts raining, I’d probably bet on two of them ending up in the barriers.
