Of course, we really ought to issue them a survey as well, just so we can get a better sense of exactly who we are dealing with.

I spent several years insured with Allstate, and honestly, the experience was perfectly ordinary—nothing out of the ordinary.
Now, thanks to the same agent who handled my Allstate policy, I have transitioned over to State Farm.
While I wouldn't go so far as to say there has been a massive shift in service, my premiums have actually decreased, though they have added a few minor perks that I likely won't ever find a use for.
