How do you actually treat this? Is there even a medical solution out there?

I stumbled upon this term by accident and now I’m wondering if this has been the root cause of my issues for years. 🤔
Every single symptom matches perfectly. It always felt weird that I didn't have the typical yeast infection discharge, but this explains it—firstly, because of that sour, yogurt-like scent (which makes sense given how much lactobacillus is involved), and secondly, because none of the standard yeast treatments ever worked for me.🤷

It looks like this thread has gone quiet, but if anyone comes across any new info, please post it here. Thanks! 🙂

While digging through my own head, I uncovered a whole different side to my issues—stuff I’d never told anyone because I wasn't even aware of it myself.
Now I'm in a decent spot that keeps me pretty level-headed, except for the OCD. And man, that stuff is brutal. It makes you want to lose it sometimes.

Had some blood work done the other day to check my liver enzymes and thank God everything came back fine. My meds haven't messed with it at all. 🙂 🙂 🙂

So, how did you stumble upon that subconscious layer? What were you analyzing—your past, the present, your personality, relationships, deep-seated traumas? Or just everything at once? How EXACTLY did you get there?

I've done plenty of self-analysis myself, but I've never actually landed on any concrete answers or conclusions.

Does AD have to be taken at the exact same time every single day? 🤔 For instance, I usually take mine in the morning, but on weekends I sleep in later than I do during the week, so I end up taking it up to three hours later than usual. Is that actually okay or am I messing things up?

For sure. There’s plenty of truth to be found in this one.

Thanks, though I’m not planning on taking it regularly—just occasionally. It just feels like it isn't doing anything. 🤷
I tried the 0.25mg dose, but it felt totally useless, like I hadn't even taken anything. 😕Is that dose just too weak? Would it be okay to take two at once? That would make it 0.5mg, right?

Quick question: Can you take an anxiolytic (Vistaril) at the same time as an antidepressant (Zoloft), or should there be a gap between doses?

Try Mayo Clinic. Here is an alphabetical list of their available tests: http://www.mayoclinic.org/clinical-labs...test-descriptions/

Hannah Brown12 said:Is there some kind of office at the local health clinic where someone could find out which doctors haven't entered my insurance number? I feel ridiculous because I’ve asked the nurses twice about updating my records, and they just insist everything is filled out. I really don't want to spend all day wandering from one exam room to another.

Thanks

Just send an inquiry to Medicare or call their toll-free info line.
They should be able to tell you which doctors actually have openings.
