Best bank in America?

I’ve been with JPMorgan Chase for about 15 years now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with them. On one occasion, I had to open an account at Bank of America for some business reasons, and if I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to avoid them like the plague. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish—from the incredibly rude staff to their archaic, broken computer systems; they treat you like you don't know any better. To make matters worse, when it finally came time to close that account, what should have been a six-minute task at any other bank turned into a nightmare. I had to show up four days in a row just to try and shut it down, and they still couldn't manage to do it. Eventually, I just lost my temper, handed them all my paperwork, and told them to call me once they actually managed to close it. It took three whole weeks for it to finally happen. I wouldn't step foot in that branch again if my life depended on it.
