How the hell am I supposed to handle customer approvals when the money hasn't actually hit the bank yet? It’s not even income if it hasn't been paid! I don't know if it's just my software acting up, but whenever I log it through the general ledger, the VAT form pulls it in like I've already collected the cash, but then it doesn't show up in my KPI because I haven't entered it there either. 🤦 So what's the move here?
So, I just noticed something crazy on a worker's filing. He’s under 30, so basically, certain payroll taxes aren't even being paid on his checks. But when you look at the actual tax form, instead of showing the standard insurance base, it just says "exempt per contribution laws" under the employment status code. Like, what?! This means for almost an entire year, we've been dutifully paying nothing but the basic payroll withholdings while the rest of it just... vanished? And I didn't even realize they messed up the filing! I wasn't even looking for mistakes, everything seemed fine! Now I'm freaking out. What am I supposed to do now? Help!

If my memory serves me right—and it usually does—this would just be a standard import.
Correct me if I'm totally off base, please.
Yeah, I'm with you there. That's why it totally tripped me up when my screen flagged it as a three-way transaction where the recipient is liable for VAT. Makes zero sense.
Hey, quick question—which accounts and codes should a small business owner use if they're trying to settle up those back taxes from 2015? Are we talking old school or the updated stuff? 😁
Can someone please tell me how I'm supposed to log customer approval in my books? Thanks 👍
