Overdrafts and negative balances: What's allowed? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
And there’s more to it!!
I constantly see people posting comments like, "Oh, I have a credit limit of this much and I never even touch it."
But look, let's get real here. Even if you aren't spending a dime, JPMorgan Chase is still using those limits to project how much "capital" they actually hold. What does that mean? It means their balance sheets claim they have money that simply doesn't exist. It's phantom cash... just look at guys like Peter Parker or Sue Storm over at AC; $8333 they’re sitting on those $0.00 which are totally made up!!
By doing this, we’re basically manufacturing currency out of thin air, and that is exactly what drives inflation through the roof!!!

So you get your paycheck $1167 JPMorgan Chase says "yes" to an overdraft of $1167. One month, you blow a thousand bucks more than you actually made. That’s 3500 plus 1000, which means you're already down $333 despite just getting paid $833. Next month, you only see $800 because JPMorgan Chase snatched $33 just because you were in the red. Then you go ahead and spend those extra $800 +$467 again... boom. Your next paycheck is entirely underwater, belonging straight to the bank. You "get" your salary and just use it to fill in the blanks on that massive deficit they gave you. And just like that, we're handing over our cash. Your whole paycheck belongs to the bank. Add interest to the mix!! It's like a drug—you try it once, it feels great. Try it twice, feels great. Try it a third time? You're hooked!!!

When you factor in all those authorized overdrafts, credit lines, and this imaginary "money" created out of thin air through digital digits, you get this illusion of economic growth. It’s exactly what dragged us into this mess of "non-existent" debt slavery!!
That’s why we need to march down to the bank and demand they ban overdrafts and line-of-credit abuses, otherwise, we’re going to end up exactly like Greece!!!
Is building wealth just an illusion? in Miscellaneous ·
Building wealth without stepping on anyone else—just pure wealth building!
Let’s be clear here: I’m all for having money. Money matters. But getting filthy rich by screwing people over? That’s just insane. Not for me.
Why bother with the illusion? I mean, look at it. From the second you're born, you're just aging. You're getting older and older until you eventually die.
But sure, at the moment of birth, you're basically at peak youth, right? And you think you've got enough time to focus on wealth building?
