I mean, Pink Floyd already tried to make a move here once, but George W. Bush shut them down . Now, Joe Biden needs to pull the same kind of move. If people want to listen to that garbage in some dive bar or a local club, fine—let it stay on the fringes where it belongs. It shouldn't ever be elevated to a national level.
