Here are my hormone levels:
TSH 5.91 H
Cortisol 8am 537.6
Cortisol 4pm 528.2
Testosterone 8am 0.843
Testosterone 4pm 0.833

Below the results, it noted this: Testosterone 8am-4pm - pending;
LH, FSH, EST - pending
I can't wrap my head around why they marked everything as "pending"—everything was clearly listed on my lab order from the doctor. Plus, I didn't even get the LH, FSH, or EST results back at all. Apparently, I’ll have to go back in for another round of bloodwork.

Given my high cholesterol, fatty liver, and the symptoms I mentioned earlier—what should my diet actually look like? What’s strictly off-limits and what can I keep on the menu?
Do I need to run any more tests beyond the ones you already listed? I'd rather just get everything handled at once and be done with it.

That link explains which tests require you to be fasting. I think I mentioned this before, but I don't want it to just be my word against the facts.
Now, if you want my honest opinion? That antihypertensive therapy is way too aggressive. I am genuinely curious about what the average BP readings were before starting Moxonidine versus after being on it—especially at that 0.6 mg dose. While Moxonidine does have a pretty decent, favorable effect on insulin resistance, microalbuminuria, and lipid profiles, it's still largely considered a backup antihypertensive.
In my view, after consulting with the appropriate endocrinologist—and depending on the HbA1c and creatinine levels—it would make sense to introduce Metformin, specifically Glucophage. For instance, start with 850mg once a day, then bump it up after meals.

Can Glucophage help stabilize excess insulin? My sugar keeps crashing, so I find myself eating constantly.

BMI 35.8
CREATININE 74
AST 34
ALT 80
GGT 42
ALP (I can't find this one—can someone tell me what it actually measures?)
Cholesterol 6
Triglycerides 3
HDL Cholesterol 1
LDL cholesterol 4.4
Had an abdominal ultrasound about five years back—everything looked fine except for my liver, which the doctor flagged as fatty.
I'll check out that link you shared above and look over what you wrote once I get a chance. Thanks.
I'll follow up with my hormone results soon.

What you actually need is a thorough evaluation by a specialist endocrinologist. You've probably already had some tests done, but you aren't providing any actual data here—things like your BMI, OGTT (fasting and postprandial glucose), creatinine, AST, ALT, GGT, ALP, cortisol, lipid panel, insulin, C-peptide, and so on.
Plus, an abdominal ultrasound.
And let us know which blood pressure medication you are currently taking.

I went in for blood work and that HbA1c test two days ago, but the nurse told me they couldn't run it because I wasn't fasting—even though I hadn't done it yet. I also had my hormones checked a couple of days ago, so I should have concrete results in about a week; I'll post everything here once I get them. I haven't had all those specific tests you listed, but I'm heading to my doctor now to go over my CBC results anyway, so I'll just ask her about everything else at once.
For blood pressure, I take Carvedilol 3.125 and Physiotens 0.2 in the morning, then a stronger dose of Physiotens—0.4mg—at night.
My fasting sugar varies depending on the timing—lately it's been around 5.5—but two hours after eating, it swings anywhere from 8 to 13, depending on the day.

Hi there—stumbled upon this forum and realized it’s exactly what I’m dealing with. It's a mess: diabetes, hyperinsulinemia, high blood pressure, fatty liver, high cholesterol, and obesity—I've put on about 90 pounds in just a few months.
I can't get ahead of these blood sugar swings; they're so violent that I feel terrible almost every single day. Within 15 minutes, my glucose will plummet from 12 down to 6. I try to eat light, but it’s useless—if I don't load up on bread, I don't feel right. I'll eat half a loaf for one meal and my sugar still keeps dropping, so I have to keep eating. It leaves me with constant dizziness, headaches, nausea... and I just run out of steam incredibly fast. I'm at my wit's end and hoping someone here has some advice on what to do. I can't even manage fasting blood draws, let alone show up for an HbA1c test. If anyone actually knows their stuff, please tell me what my next move should be. Thanks.
Btw, I'm not taking any diabetes meds—just my blood pressure pills.
