Your memory serves you well... ☕
If you day trade five times in a single day, you're looking at $10,000.
I honestly don't get all the drama...
Greetings to all the old-timers here!
I’d like to ask the moderators if we could please revive this original thread that was closed on the old forums. I truly believe it serves as a great example for everyone else of how much can be achieved when people take the initiative to organize themselves and push for positive change...
Why not ask the consumer advocacy groups? We’re actually looking for a lawyer ourselves. It isn't even about the money at this point—it’s just a matter of principle...
If anyone happens to have any leads or information, please reach out...
So much has been passed off as an anti-terrorism crusade up until now...
At the end of the day, you can always trade your gold for a Walmart gift card... 😁

...just my two cents, though. You gotta be careful when you're handing over big stacks of cash, no matter what you're buying.
A jeweler's scale, a quick Google search...
Those are your "certificates."😁
We probably won't see that requested gold returned until 2020 at the earliest. Honestly, I doubt the Federal Reserve can even find an empty shipping container headed toward Europe right now... absolute joke...
Between the work being done at CERN and the gold production itself, there’s also the matter of the massive amount of bullion that just gets wrapped up in cellophane...
Amanda Allen4 said:The official line is that the gold was stashed in New York City and other hubs because of the risk that the 20th-century Cold War between the East and the West—which could have easily turned into an all-out armed conflict—might jeopardize the security of those reserves. Does anyone actually believe that?
Wait... so the argument is either the gold is still sitting there, or we were on the brink of war? 🙂

I have to agree with this sentiment. If anyone happens to know a reliable broker with low fees, please feel free to send me a PM.
This whole situation will just drag on indefinitely until enough people finally reach a breaking point and trigger a local reset...
From a purely selfish standpoint, the goal is simply to keep your head above water longer than everyone else.
If you ask me, Jackson was actually a much bigger fan:

Look at right now. In the US, you can grab a 30-year fixed mortgage at around 3.5%. Most people in here are claiming inflation is already higher than that. Fine. Maybe real estate prices are dipping or stalling for a bit, but that won't last long.
That’s how they do things in the US (as Bob would say)... but let's bring the focus back home to our Beautiful us...

Fighting fire with gasoline, I suppose... 🙂
That hasn't worked since the days of the Roman Empire. There’s been this long-standing dogma that debt must be repaid at any cost, and when you factor in the big Wall Street players manipulating interest rates—which can easily hit 30%—it's hard to see how the average person is supposed to come out ahead. I just don't buy it.
