Doing business with USA member states in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
Hi there! I could use some help... I have a shipment of our own manufactured goods (traffic signs) being sent to a taxpayer with a valid VAT ID over in Canada (USA). How should I format the invoice, and which specific exemption clause or article should I include? Are there any special rules I should know about for this kind of delivery?
Thanks

Class, for example, 4... / supplier 22...
Don't submit any sales tax filings, nor should they be included in the tax returns.
The issue is that you aren't eligible for the sales tax credit.👍

Thanks so much for all the help.🙂

Maybe I should just record it in the goods acquisition ledger from the USA and calculate our 25% sales tax on the gross amount? Should I include it in the sales tax filing or not?🤔
Thanks.

Does anyone happen to be able to help me out with this?🤔

Hi there!
I could use some help. I have an invoice for goods purchased from Austria. Both our tax ID and theirs are listed on it, but they actually charged us sales tax. What should I do about this invoice?🤦

Thanks!
