Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

I’ve been slowly scrolling through your posts over the last few years, and I have to say, it’s pretty tough to get a straight answer or any objective advice here. Every single situation is so unique, with its own set of pros and cons, so I guess I’m forced to be that guy who asks questions that were probably answered ages ago...
Personally, I’m not some perfectionist, and I don’t really struggle with my own vision—I know exactly what I want, and money isn't an issue. I’m just looking for some fresh perspectives from you guys. My plan is to get that bump on my nose smoothed out, and I’m looking to pull the trigger in the next two or three months. I did a quick Google search and ended up looking into Zgaljardica and Maletica, but I’d love to hear if anyone has better leads or plans. Honestly, Zgaljardica seems way overpriced to me (this guy is asking $18,000)... I'm curious, does my specific procedure fall into that category of "high difficulty" for surgeons, or do you think any decent doctor can handle removing a bump in a rational, predictable way?
