There’s actually zero tax on online betting here, just on the physical bookies... if you're looking for singles, Betfair is hands down the king, followed closely by FanDuel.

When it comes to cards, just grab a JP Morgan Chase Visa. It works perfectly for online betting, plus they have a solid partnership with PayPal. (We used to use Goldman Sachs, but they cut that off because their business wasn't cutting it). Honestly, even the folks over at JP Morgan Chase aren't exactly geniuses... they rake in massive profits but clearly don't spend a dime on training their staff.

Look, if you were running a local currency account back on Bwin, your best bet is just to go ahead and open a matching local currency account at your bank. But, if you’ve been using a foreign exchange account, honestly? You're way better off just grabbing a debit card that works in USD. It'll save you a massive headache.

Then you can just stick to bank transfers. All you gotta do is set up an account at https://www.moneybookers.com/app/?rid=14369150 first. Toss about 10 bucks over to Bwin, then hit them up for a withdrawal straight to your MB account. Once you've cleared the higher-tier verification through MB, you’re golden—you can pull your cash directly to your local bank account for a small $1.80 fee.

Can anyone share their experience with getting payouts from BetMGM??

It shows I can use Skrill, but I’m not really feeling that. I could do Visa, though (do I need to use the exact same card I used to deposit?), or maybe a bank wire....

Also, what’s the deal with bank wires? Which bank are they actually sending it to??

As for my ID, I already sent stuff over earlier because there was a bit of a hiccup with identity verification, but everything should be all set now...

If you're looking to move your action to a different sportsbook, honestly, Skrill is probably your best bet since most places don't hit you with extra fees for deposits or withdrawals through them. If you need actual cold hard cash in your hand, just use Venmo or go the bank wire route (though that's a bit more of a headache). One major bummer about BetMGM is that payouts take about 5 days, which is a total drag. Also, just a heads-up: if you deposited via Venmo, the payout has to go back to Venmo. If you used Skrill, it goes there. If you used both, then you get to pick your poison.

It’s my first time doing this, so I'm wondering how much I can pull out before the bank starts asking questions. I keep seeing stuff online about how gambling being illegal or whatever, so I'm a bit nervous. Has anyone actually cashed out big? LIKE, HOW MUCH CAN I DO WITHOUT RAISING RED FLAGS?

I think there's a limit around $10,000 a year
and anything over $1,500 a month gets flagged for review or something like that

Matthew Flores4 said:Can someone please walk me through how to get funds onto Expekt ?? I tried going direct with my Visa Electron and it got rejected. Then I tried using Moonybokers and it rejected the card there too... Thanks!

Look, if you want to use PayPal, you really need to verify your card first. Once that's done, just move your cash from the card over to your PayPal account. After that, you can use your PayPal balance to fund basically any sportsbook you want. If you're trying to use the card directly, just type in the card number, flip it over to grab those last three digits, and you should be good to go.

Bwin isn't terrible, but they take forever to pay out and their odds are pretty weak compared to the other guys. They're way too hyped up for what they actually are—plus, their customer service is painfully slow.

Unibet—from what I've seen, the selection is solid and the odds are decent, just nothing in terms of bonuses.

Expekt—pretty similar vibes to Unibet, but they offer a $50 bonus where you deposit $50 and get an extra $50.

Gamebukers—super straightforward, reliable odds, a $30 bonus on a $30 deposit, and payouts usually hit within 12 hours.

Sportingbet—honestly my favorite. Great odds, live betting, TV coverage, fast payouts within 48 hours, and the live chat works in English.

Bet365--Solid odds, every sport imaginable, and a nice 100 + 100 bonus.

Bet-at-home--The odds are kind of weak here. They have a $44 bonus if you deposit $22, and payouts are relatively quick.

Betafterbet—stay far, far away from these guys. It’s been 10 days and they still haven't paid my winnings, and now it feels like their whole site just vanished into thin air.

Just to update everyone on that Betafterbet situation—it's been 35 days and they still haven't sent my money. Every time I reach out, they just give me the runaround, telling me "don't worry, it'll land soon," and just loop the same excuse over and over again.

If you guys already play, let me know what the deal is with waiting for payouts and stuff like that...
