Hi everyone. I struggle with social anxiety and depressive sleep patterns, which leads me to believe I'm currently unable to maintain steady employment. I tried pushing through and going to work while feeling this way, and honestly, it was a total disaster. My anxiety levels spiked, and the mere thought of performing any task involving other people feels impossible right now. This fear is essentially paralyzing my mental capacity. Physically, I’m capable of doing whatever is required, but I’m constantly overwhelmed by intense discomfort. Even simple errands, like heading to the local CVS to grab a quick snack, feel like stepping into a living nightmare.
