Feeling unmotivated/lazy lately. Any tips? in Psychology ·
It’s honestly pretty straightforward!

Think of it like this: someone who actually puts in the work has the cash, while someone just coasting through life ends up broke.

When you're driven, you're living the dream and staying independent, rather than being that person who's constantly leaning on everyone else because they couldn't be bothered to step up.
Man, even on the most random, bottom-tier internet forums, I still manage to crack people up,
so just imagine what happens when
I actually throw out a funny gesture or a killer one-liner. It’s wild because I know these guys who are just totally unlikable, and even when they drop a joke that should be hilarious,
everyone just sits there stone-faced.
Personally, I live for making people laugh; I guess you could say I’ve always been the class clown of my social circle.
Even when things get heavy, I can't really help myself.

I honestly can't stand those people who see everything through a gray lens—the ones who maybe crack a smile once a year, if that.
I gravitate toward bright, upbeat people because, like I said, even when life hits the fan, I stay true to myself
and I’ll always find a way to hunt down the funny side of even the most intense situations.

For instance... if I get dumped, lose my job at a big firm like Amazon, or deal with any other massive life setback,
my move isn't to drown my sorrows in a bottle or sit around crying; instead, I just tell myself that life keeps moving. You gotta smile, put in the work,
and push past the past. I stay resilient because, at the end of the day, nothing is worth losing my peace over or messing with
my head.
