😲🤣 , man, take it easy on the frustrations. When I talked about a topic being "entertaining," I meant how much it actually satisfies the brain.

Look, sorry, I didn't read every single word of that, but I get it—this stuff is probably a breeze for you. It sounds like something you would have cruised through on a college midterm or something.😉😛
Michael Harris7 said:Exactly this. Time just flies faster when our brains are totally slammed, and the slower we go, the more it stretches out.
I wouldn't say it's the exact opposite, though. What Immanuel is getting at is really about how engaging or stimulating the subject matter is for your brain.
analogwalker8 hits the nail on the head, and honestly, that’s exactly what I was getting at. But there’s one more thing to consider regarding how fast time slips away: it all comes down to how you sleep and how you actually live your life. If you aren't getting enough shut-eye at night, the days are going to blur together because you'll basically be "sleepwalking" through your waking hours without even realizing it. My advice? Get your rest. If you sleep well, you'll actually slow down time :-) You'll actually be present enough to experience every single minute as its own distinct moment. :-)
We basically tailor our likes and dislikes based on what we've dealt with in the past. It’s simple psychology. If you had a run-in with someone who had a particularly hooked nose, you’re probably going to find people with that same look off-putting down the road...
