Project: Find a Friend (Classifieds / Meetup Thread)

I’m just a little lost here—really confused, actually... If I can't post an ad looking for a guy or some hookups, and I'm strictly forbidden from selling anything either, then—forgive my bluntness—what on earth is the point of having a classifieds section at all?
