Seriously, have you no shame? Just look at wanda1’s posts—look at the absolute mountain of insults he spews before you finally decide to hand him a red card. If I had been dropping slurs like that, I would’ve been hit with a suspension for religious intolerance ages ago—actually, scratch that, I’m such an optimist, I would’ve been permabanned for that level of toxicity. For just one single post of his that earned a red card, I’d definitely be looking at a five-hundred-point penalty. And you honestly think you’re being an objective moderator? 😂

If I actually believed this place was a serious community, I’d be filing complaints with every oversight board out there about your moderator tyranny, but let’s face it, this place is a joke, and the only reason why is because it gets moderated way too often in the incredibly biased style you just described. Look, you aren't the only one here playing favorites with the rules. Honestly, I’d love to know what the administrators even do on this forum. I mean, I know what they *do*, I'm just asking rhetorically...

Go ahead then, don't let anything stop you—keep handing me cards for nothing based on these totally warped excuses, while you wait until wanda1 dumps such a massive pile of insults on everyone who disagrees with him that it becomes unreadable even to you.

I am almost certain I got that red card FOR NOTHING because of this: one day you gave wanda1 a red card for something that should have cost him 500 points, and since you were late on it, now you feel you have to "balance the scales" by handing someone from the theistic side a card OUT OF THIN AIR.

That's just how it is, I guess; hey, it can't be easy for you either.

Gregory Turner71 said:Stubborn as a damn mule...

It feels more like trolling than an actual insult, but since it’s such heavy-duty trolling, I figured this ban card was the right call. Though hey, if you really want, you can grab a "trolling permit" for 45 points instead...

Look, if you aren't calling it an insult, then you have to take the card back because you handed it out based on a totally flawed reasoning—which you just admitted yourself. In any courtroom in a civilized country, that’s called a procedural error, and all a judge can do is toss the verdict entirely. But I guess being a shady judge is fine with you, right? You think you have the right to harass people on a forum just so you can feel more comfortable. I could put it even more bluntly, but I better watch my step with your ego, so I’m using the ultimate euphemism here.

And while we're talking about how this might be "trolling" since it isn't an "insult":

The fact that I’ve used the phrase "two-headed donkey with a tiller up its ass" a few times is just a matter of style—maybe it technically breaks some rule about repetitive writing by overusing certain terms in one paragraph, but sometimes you lean into that technique on purpose to drive home the irony by exaggerating whatever you're making fun of.

There is absolutely no rule that lets you hand out a ban card just because someone is being ironic or mocking something. It’s just pure arrogance from people who decide to violently and completely baselessly label irony or mockery of their own side as "trolling," just so they can feel better about themselves when they lack the actual arguments to face off against the other side in a fair debate.

It's pathetic!

And honestly, it's pathetic how some people just refuse to grasp what the word "pathetic" actually means!

When you don't have a coherent response to something, there's always that magic word you try to use (in vain) to soothe your own frustrations: TROLLING!

"You're trolling!" Oh, please, why don't you be a real tough guy and give yourself a bunch of trolling cards after handing me this one that you had zero grounds for giving in the first place!

Is there anyone else on this forum brave enough to tell you exactly what you deserve to your face?

I know there isn't, so I'm just asking rhetorically, Almighty God, Gregory Turner71!

Here’s the post that actually got me flagged with a red mark, because apparently I was "insulting" a fellow user:
Quote: Red Shrike said:So, if you aren't just messing around with one single constant or force, but instead tweak several of them simultaneously, you could theoretically assemble a set of physical laws that ALLOW complex structures—like stars, galaxies, and planets—to emerge, along with complex organic structures like life itself. You could even scrap a force here or add one there, giving you way more options to play with.

Look, if you start messing with every single constant instead of just one, it’s technically possible to end up with a two-headed donkey with a John Deere tiller shoved up its ass; nobody ever said that was impossible. Honestly, it’s pretty unlikely that the Almighty God would create such nonsense, but it is entirely possible that the Almighty God gives humans the capacity for abstract thought so we have the chance to imagine a two-headed donkey with a tiller up its butt, compare that to a regular farm donkey, and conclude that a normal donkey makes a hell of a lot more sense than some freakish two-headed beast with power equipment stuck in its rear—and that He, being the only one who can actually change the laws of nature, certainly isn't going to do it just to prove a point to someone as stubborn as a common donkey that it's possible to make a two-headed donkey with a tiller up its ass.

All you need to do is tinker with just one constant to realize why it has to be exactly what it is, but there’s a catch: you can't be as stubborn as a regular donkey, though you might be as stubborn as a two-headed donkey with a tiller up its ass, provided that one of those two heads manages to overpower the stubbornness of the other...

@ krena, you really think it's weird that a well-known atheist didn't know where the info came from? It doesn't surprise me at all that you think you know the answer to that question, even if you're totally wrong about it.

Where exactly am I insulting anyone in this post?

I honestly don't even know where to start with this one, but man, just look at the state of things lately! It feels like we're constantly being hit with these massive shifts that nobody actually asked for, you know? I was reading some stuff earlier—totally different vibe from what most people are pushing—and it just hits home how much we're all just trying to navigate this crazy landscape. It’s intense, truly. I feel like I'm constantly reacting to the latest chaos, just trying to make sense of the noise while everyone else is busy shouting over each other. It’s exhausting, but also kind of wild if you think about it. We're all just out here doing our best in a world that refuses to sit still for even a second! Asks:
Look, it’s totally possible you didn't actually mean it that way, but honestly? That kind of logic only works if you're actively trying to ignore common sense.
.

God, save me... what on earth have you even been rambling about here?🤦 God help me, not again!

Gregory Turner71 said:Look, that post you just dropped is basically one massive, unreadable conspiracy theory trip that tries to deny science altogether, and honestly, it’s got no business being in this specific thread. You’ve already got the creationism topic where I’m letting you run wild with your ideas, so there's no reason to try and hijack every other discussion and force them into that same narrative. Just stick to the lane you were given.

So we’re diving into Dawkins and this whole "illusion of God" thing, right? Honestly, how far is that even from evolutionary theory? It isn't far at all—not even a little bit, and you know it!

So, basically, your buddy El Niño is actually replying to my post even though I already deleted it:

The kind of nonsense you’re spinning could only ever come from some creationist brain that’s completely lost in God.
First you guys were all over the Higgs boson, calling it nothing more than "God's particle," and now that we’ve actually gone and found it, suddenly everyone’s acting like it doesn't count? Give me a break!
I mean, yeah, obviously, because right now we’re only sitting at 4.9 sigma, and let's be real—in particle physics, you don't call anything a discovery until you've cleared that 5 sigma threshold.
You guys only latched onto string theory because you finally realized it’s going to be decades before we actually have the tech to prove if it's even real.
Until we get massive particle accelerators out there to actually prove her right, you guys just have a giant playground to play your "God of the gaps" fallacy in.
Watch out, you guys—don't let some random cosmic ray study catch you off guard, because we’re talking about actual particles raining down on us from out there right now.
We’re talking about energy levels that make the stuff they pump into the Large Hadron Collider look like a tiny little AA battery! It's seriously mind-blowing how much more power we're dealing with here.
Man, you better watch out—that new gap is gonna be hunting you down right at the finish line.
It’s honestly hilarious how much people still fight against science today—it’s basically the exact same nonsense we were dealing with 500 years ago when if you didn't have...
Man, if you hadn't realized that the sun doesn't orbit the Earth by like, five sigma, you would’ve ended up getting roasted alive. Seriously.
Thank God, because today the only punishment left is just watching those burnt-out creationists go absolutely nowhere, wasting their breath all over these forums and in those trashy little magazines.
They’re gonna cling to that delusion until their very last neuron fires, all while using God as their shield.
Every single time you stumble upon a new discovery, you’re basically forced to cook up even bigger, more ridiculous bullshit just to rationalize it all.
Just lost in the delusion, spinning in circles through this whole fight until there isn't a single neuron left in my brain.

Here’s how I’m hitting him back:

I’m glad you’re bringing up that deleted post, because honestly, it just goes to show how completely unjustified it was.
Deleted, because I know you’d probably just dodge the fact that someone was straight-up trolling, wouldn't you?

Man, I’m actually pretty bummed you bailed on Parsifal's invite for coffee earlier! He and I already had our meetup all set, and...
Maybe some of you atheists and evolutionists will eventually have a change of heart, but until then, just grab a coffee and enjoy the ride.
You actually get to sit down and look people right in the eye.
I mean, honestly, if we hadn't gotten so worked up through these keyboards, we probably wouldn't be clashing like this—we’d likely realize that if we actually met in person, things would be totally different.
It’s pretty clear we’re both just regular, everyday people—kind of like how Cesarić puts it in his classic poem "Small Things."
Forget about the fruit after the rain—honestly, we've both got much bigger fish to fry, like trying to figure out how we're even going to cover these massive electric and gas bills this month.
Man, gas prices are absolutely killing me right now... everything is just getting so expensive.
Look, if we’re all going to sit here and argue different sides of the same coin, let's just show some basic decency and keep things respectful, alright? Let's be tolerant and stay civil.
Look, I honestly can't even wrap my head around the idea of being a moderator and actually picking on someone or giving them grief, let alone doing it in any kind of serious way.
Man, I am so sick of these totally unjustified bans, especially when they happen just because some guy doesn't share my take on literally anything!
Especially when you're looking at those gray areas where things get genuinely shaky and everyone's basically split right down the middle.
We’re talking about the breakdown—not just among the average Joe on the street, but within the actual scientific community too—broken down by percentages.
Honestly, we don't even have access to the precise data, which is such a blow to believers and creationists alike, especially since these guys aren't even allowed to just dive in and look at it.
Look, you just gotta go out there and own your opinion, you know? Like, being totally upfront about where you stand, especially since so many people are already out there taking sides and making their voices heard.
That one decision? It cost him his entire career.
Wait, you’re saying I attacked the Higgs boson? How does that even make sense? Like, how am I supposed to attack something that hasn't even been fully proven yet?
It’s kind of wild when you think about it, right? Like, there's this whole debate where people argue that just because we have these mathematical models for quarks doesn't actually mean they exist as distinct, individual little particles out there in the wild. It's like saying because the math works perfectly, the thing must be real—but is it? Just because we can't see them directly doesn't mean they aren't "there," but then again, how do you prove something exists if it refuses to be isolated? It's all just theoretical frameworks at the end of the day!
Quantum mechanics is such a slippery slope, man, and honestly, I’m just sticking to what’s actually written in the textbooks—nothing else.
Sure, but then again, when you look at quantum mechanics, the only thing that’s actually certain is that absolutely nothing is certain.
So, if someone was out there trying to take down the Higgs boson, I can guarantee you with absolute certainty that it wasn't me.
And if I end up looking like a total idiot for backing string theory, it’s not even because we’d need to build some mind-bogglingly massive particle collider just to prove it!
The scale of this—I mean, seriously, it’s like people are saying "it’s impossible" or "that’ll never happen"—but you have to reach those kinds of numbers just to even get the ball rolling in any direction!
It’s not even about whether we can run some kind of approximate experimental test to see if the theory actually holds water—it’s more that string theory itself...
If they can prove those things on the exact same day they finally nail down the existence of the multiverse, then I'm all in.
Ruñer Bošković put it perfectly when he was talking about multiverses: if something like that actually existed, we’d already know about it by now.
There’s just no way we could ever truly know anything, and honestly, even if some absolute reality did exist, it wouldn't even touch us or have any kind of impact on our lives.
Our universe.
So, what’s even the point of all these multiverse stories anyway? Like, what actual function do they serve? I definitely have an idea of why we tell them, but man, I feel like I've already beaten this drum a dozen times.
He already made the point, so I won't bore you by repeating myself, but we're basically talking about that same thing. Dawkins's style.
It’s all just a bunch of smoke and mirrors to try and sell you a load of crap. Pure obfuscation to make something basic sound deep, but honestly? It’s the exact same shady tactic used with theories, too.
Look, "The String" is just... man, it’s a total mess. Honestly, there’s almost zero sense to it. Or if you want me to be blunt, it’s basically a story that doesn't even have a point.
There’s zero scientific application here, and honestly, there never will be—because science doesn't have anything to do with things that just aren't there.
There’s just zero way to actually prove that.
String theory is about as scientific as any religion out there—and I’m talking about the biggest ones.
Look, religion is basically just an evolution theory, and honestly, it’s been scientifically proven at this point. No hate intended, I'm just calling it like I see it—just go take a look for yourself.
I've got like two hundred posts on this exact topic over in the Evolution thread... honestly, if you go digging through them, you’re gonna find a massive mountain of evidence that just completely tears that whole theory apart.
Evolution? Honestly, you could dig through that whole topic from top to bottom and you still wouldn't stumble upon a single shred of actual evidence supporting the theory.
The only actual proof for evolution is what one lady on this forum just posted: honestly, that’s one of the most exhausting things I've ever had the displeasure of reading.
Man, I’m seriously asking—what kind of books are we even talking about here? Give me the details! Dawkins's Man, I’ve got this massive pile of books sitting on my shelf that I haven't even cracked open yet. Every time I look at them, I feel that slight pang of guilt, you know? Just a huge list of titles I swear I'm going to get through eventually, but right now, they're just staring back at me.

How exactly is this back-and-forth between me and El Niño even relevant to the topic at hand?
I’m honestly starting to get a bit worried. Once you actually take a second to sit down and really weigh the level of intelligence and basic good faith shown by guys like adelon and ego, you kind of arrive at this unavoidable, heavy conclusion: regular people don't actually belong here. There’s just no point in hanging out on a crude, primitive platform like this one where they constantly ignore the laws of the land!

Seriously, coppersailor28, are you actually joking right now, or do you honestly think you can pull some insane logical gymnastics out of the word "joint" to suggest that mentioning it is somehow implying atheists are just animals?

I’ve gotta say, sorry, but I don't think I've ever heard anything funnier in my entire life.

But yeah, you totally nailed the vibe—that joint is being forced on everyone, basically a mandatory smoke if you don't want to get banned, all just so they can push this narrative that humans are merely slightly more advanced animals, but still just animals at the end of the day.

And when you really sit back and look at these few sentences I just wrote, even if your twisted logic actually made sense and I was somehow following your delusion by trying to say atheists are animals because they smoke that joint, there wouldn't even be an insult in it, because the whole core goal of the atheist-evolutionist agenda is to prove to believers and creationists that humans are, in fact, animals.

So, what kind of insult is it really to call an atheist-evolutionist an animal when that's the exact thesis they represent and declare themselves to be?

But here is the DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED truth: Creationists are the ones actually trying to convince evolutionists that they AREN'T animals, but they're wasting their breath.

So, what's the point of your response to my post and my complaint?

Can someone please explain to me why my posts in the Richard Dawkins "God Delusion" thread were wiped out? My main one was this:

Quote: Junia said:Man, I gotta say, that was easily one of the most exhausting books I've ever had the misfortune of reading.

So I was scrolling through some FBI threads this morning, just killing time, when I stumbled onto these people claiming that the whole theory of evolution is basically nothing more than total nonsense.
Look, I’ve seen people out there trying to argue that rejecting evolution is somehow on the same level as denying basic math, and honestly, it just kills me because it's such a wild stretch. Like, how can you even compare the two? Math is this absolute, undeniable language of logic and numbers that we use to build everything from skyscrapers to the smartphones in our pockets, whereas evolution is a scientific theory—a massive, foundational pillar of biology, sure, but it's built on observation and inference. If you tell someone that $2 + 2 = 4$ isn't true, you aren't just "having an opinion," you're breaking reality. But when people get worked up about evolutionary theory, they're usually wrestling with deep-seated philosophical or religious beliefs, which is a completely different ballgame. It's not like they're saying addition doesn't exist; they're questioning the framework of how life developed. To claim that being a skeptic of evolution is identical to being illiterate in mathematics is just intellectually lazy, and frankly, it ignores why people actually hold those views in the first place.
If you want to talk about how apodictic this whole theory is—and man, what a mess that math is—you just have to look at how much the book tries too hard. It’s honestly exhausting, that constant, desperate need to prove itself.
It’s just a classic case of people muddying the waters and overcomplicating everything just so they can sell you some total garbage.
Look, the truth is actually pretty simple, and honestly, those people who act like they’re the absolute geniuses when it comes to that whole unspecified quantum mechanics mess? They’re usually the exact same people who...
The absolute best candidates to smoke string theory in the exact same joint that the theory itself was rolled in? Honestly, I've been thinking about this, and it's gotta be those high-level theoretical physicists who spend more time staring at chalkboards than actually seeing sunlight. They're the ones most likely to inhale the whole damn concept in one go!
Evolution, aliens, and multiverses... man, we’re just throwing everything at the wall now, aren't we? And hey, let's not forget that legendary Moon landing by Neil Armstrong!
Armstrong on the Moon—it’s basically the last stand for any evolutionist actually clinging to common sense, unless...
It’s just not a "fact" that four guys from Pakistan brought down the World Trade Center towers or that they had to throw every single resource they had at the situation.
One massive global superpower spending more than a decade "fruitlessly" and "exhaustingly" hunting down just one guy... honestly, it's wild.
Old man Mladen’s on insulin now, which is wild, and honestly, I can only imagine the absolute chaos those Oval Office Hollywood directors are dealing with behind closed doors.
They totally faked those faces, man, like they were actually watching some non-existent live action unfold right in front of them—it’s such an obvious setup.
So, which Delta Force unit—those guys from Tulsa—is actually raiding that property in some backwater corner of Pakistan where Mladen is currently hiding out?
Man, just flip through the channels with the remote—maybe you'll catch all the heavy hitters on CNN, or better yet, actually take a look at which ones are worth your time.
I've been seeing so much talk lately about the rise of interracial porn in the US, and honestly, it’s such a massive part of the cultural landscape now. It feels like everything is shifting, you know? People are being way more open about what they're watching and how it reflects the actual diversity we see out on the streets in places like NYC or LA. It’s definitely a huge trend that isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
So why do people even bother lighting up a joint in the first place? It’s because you want to tap into that animalistic headspace—you know, that primal, raw way of existing where everything just flows? Being an animal is basically that wide-open path that lets you truly feel alive.
It’s all leading straight to ruin. But then you've got this unknown guy claiming that none of it matters—that there’s no heaven, no hell, and God just isn't there.
It’s not even about whether it exists as a fact—it’s more like this: once we kill off God, we basically kill off the whole concept of heaven and hell too. It just doesn't work that way.
That’s exactly how the order goes.
Look, if we decide to give God a break and stop trying to tear Him down, then we’re actually forced to deal with the reality of heaven and hell—but nobody wants to go there.
Nothing's scarier than that—except maybe actual Hell itself. And honestly, for an atheist brain, that’s not exactly a comforting thought either.
I just can't stop thinking about the idea that there's actually an alternative to hell—that Heaven is a real thing and it’s exactly the kind of place God is calling us toward.
Look, if I’m being totally real with you, unknown, I’m no better than you are—honestly, I haven't exactly earned a bigger slice of heaven than you have, not even close.
Look, I’m not saying I have a better handle on theological facts than you do, really, but what sets us apart is that I...
Look, you’re being cold-blooded here, but I’m just out here using my common sense, and honestly? Based on everything I see, God is a straight-up fact. It's just reality.
Evolution theory is just one big, steaming pile of lies, honestly. I mean, look, I’ll be the first to admit that I can't wrap my head around the whole mystery of heaven and hell, but even without that, I'm still concluding that...
I mean, look, it all really boils down to the sheer weight of the evidence suggesting that those theological realities—you know, Heaven and Hell—actually exist.
So, what you're telling me is I should just skip this book entirely?

What exactly makes this post off-topic? Maybe it’s the fact that someone is getting their internal orders again to go after some random guy just because he dared to disagree with the specific philosophical worldview held by certain moderators?

Where does this madness even end?
