Female, 42. I still have a youthful, curious outlook on life.
Looking for someone to hang out with or just chat online,
ideally someone balanced who knows their own limits.
A mix of silliness and seriousness, plus self-awareness, is a must.
Based exclusively in Washington, D.C.
It would be great to connect with someone who possesses a real sense of self-awareness and awareness of those around them.
I’m over 35, though that isn't a strict requirement.
I have a passion for art and psychology, and I’ve also explored some deeper spiritual paths—not the typical kind. I just love learning and studying all sorts of things.
I don't struggle with expressing myself or holding a meaningful conversation, and I'd hope for the same from you.
Above all else, I value moderation and decency.
🙂

Just a down-to-earth person who knows who they are. I'm not really interested in anyone flashy or superficial.
Just saying. I want to see what's out there. 😬
Does anyone else get that feeling where just stepping out of bed feels impossible?
Even something as simple as taking a shower can feel like an uphill battle.
Then there’s the struggle of actually talking to people, whether they're friends or family.
Just putting on socks and then finding the energy for sneakers...
It doesn't happen every day. Just sometimes. But those "sometimes" happen more often than I'd like.
I'm definitely not one of those high-energy, hyper-vital people.
I guess I'm just more low-key.

Wait, what? 😁
Looking for some company or just someone to talk to... 30s.
F41.2
Ad. Looking for something. Not sure yet.
I’m looking for a woman, 30+, for hanging out, flirting, or grabbing drinks—whenever my anxiety decides to let me out of the house. Just seeing where things go.
I am a woman. 37 years old.
Someone who finds beauty in being undefined.
It’s impossible to exist on this plane without an ego—honestly, we’d all just be idiots if we didn't have one. It isn't about getting rid of it; it's about bringing it under our control. We need to direct it toward what is useful, rather than letting it run on autopilot. There is no such thing as good or bad, only what serves a purpose and what doesn't.
First, you have to study it and get to know it intimately before you can consciously steer it in the right direction. (Good luck with that, 😁.)
Keep in mind (who actually owns the mind? 🙂) that the ego is always one step ahead. It doesn't want to be touched. That’s why it develops such subtle tricks and maneuvers to stay out of reach—you have to be a truly refined person just to sense them coming. This leads to a realization: if we didn't have an ego, we wouldn't even know it existed. And we certainly wouldn't realize that it occasionally tries to correct itself, or even destroy itself. It is at war with itself.
Chilling. 😁
