I’m looking to meet a woman for hanging out and potentially building a friendship here in Washington, D.C. I’m 25, and honestly, given how things have been lately, I don't really have anyone to go out with. I am strictly looking for a female friend. We can chat as much as you want about whatever comes up to see if we actually click, and then maybe meet up in person if we both feel like it. Personality-wise, I tend to be a bit more reserved and shy, but you can be exactly like that or the complete opposite—it doesn't matter to me. I'm fine with talkative people, and I'm just as comfortable with those who are quiet.
