Hey everyone.

I was hoping to connect with anyone who actually understands what it’s like navigating life with OCD, anxiety, or depression. I’m looking for some real conversation—just a space to swap stories, offer a bit of mutual support, and maybe find some motivation when things get heavy.
We can certainly talk about lighter stuff too, if that’s preferred.

Ideally, I’d love to hear from people in their twenties or early thirties. And if you happen to be in the Washington, D.C. area, I might even be open to meeting up in person if we actually hit it off. 🙂
