What is Wicca?

So, I’ve spent the last three hours falling down an internet rabbit hole researching this religion called Wicca—and honestly, I’m kind of hooked on what I’ve found so far. I know there have been a few posts about this on the forum already, but I just haven't been able to track down the specific answers I'm looking for.😢To start things off: what actually *is* Wicca as a religion? What’s the end goal here? And what is the actual purpose behind all those rituals? Also, if there happens to be anyone out there who identifies as a "follower" (sorry, I couldn't think of a better way to put it😁)—could you please walk me through it?🙂🙂
