Since stopping the medication, the symptoms haven't just returned—they've hit me even harder than they did initially. It has only been two weeks, but I simply cannot function like this.
Does anyone have any insight or advice? Does this mean I am destined to spend my entire life relying on these tablets?
Ugh, tell me about it. I was just prescribed Deanxit and Rivotril by Dr. Brinar today. The plan is supposedly to take them for three months and then taper off. Up until now, the diagnosis has been partial epilepsy, so I'm on Lamictal, and I'm currently breastfeeding. Honestly, reading the horror stories on here has me completely spiraling, even though the doctor sounded perfectly logical and convincing when explaining why these are necessary...
