New JP Morgan Chase customer: Where do I start?

I'm running into the same issue. I have Bitcoin, and I thought the passcode was supposed to be the one-time code from the app, but nope—nothing happens. For Mastercard, you just register on their site. For Maui, I have no clue what the passcode is meant to be.
*edit: Turns out the one-time code from the Bitcoin app does work; it just didn't take at first because I probably waited too long.
