You shouldn't move an inch without a lawyer on your side. If you factor in all the potential risks, the math just doesn't add up in your favor otherwise. Besides, those listing prices are already inflated because the property was overvalued during the initial appraisal.

There are plenty of answers out there, but they never make it to the news because you keep deleting them. The whole point is to manufacture and flaunt chaos just to seize control. Honestly, we don't even need an economist to figure out how we ended up in this mess.

The US is obviously at the bottom of the list, all because of corruption and crime. There are special interest groups pulling all the strings behind the scenes.
