I feel like I can never count out the underdogs lately, no matter how much the standings say otherwise. It's getting harder to call games when a bottom-tier team suddenly plays like champions for ninety minutes. Do you guys think the gap between the top and bottom is finally closing?

Is it just me, or does every single week feel like some massive, earth-shattering deal is about to go down? I'm so tired of the constant speculation and "sources say" nonsense every time a big name is mentioned. Does anyone else actually find the rumor mill more annoying than exciting lately?

I've got a hearing coming up this September for my lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase regarding that old Swiss Franc loan I took out... I'm honestly not sure if they ended up calling in the bank representative who handled my account back then.
Has anyone else gone through something similar, or is there a certain way these things usually play out in court...
Thanks!

Just wanted to circle back on this one and see if anyone might know... has anyone actually seen a lawsuit involving a Swiss Franc loan go up against Zajednica za bankarstvo?
It’s just about an unconverted loan, nothing's overdue, no extensions, no collections or anything... seems like it should be a pretty straightforward situation, so I'm just not sure what to expect out of it...

I’d honestly love to see big players like Bank of America or Chicago banka actually being forced to pay up for once
even if we had to bring in some kind of intergalactic court to make it happen...

How do I dig myself out of a financial hole?

Wait, I'm lost... what are you even getting at?
I just need $6667 that I don't have right now, just so I could take out a loan... maybe over like a 5-year term or something...

So I’m pulling a pretty decent paycheck $3333 after taxes, plus I’ve got a steady full-time gig and plenty of seniority on my resume... currently looking at about $2,200 in monthly debt payments from my current loan
I haven't dealt with any collections or anything like that, though I'll admit I'm not always the most organized when it comes to keeping up with every single bill...
Is there a specific bank out there you guys think I should hit up to talk about getting a $6667 loan?
Thanks a bunch

Also, does anyone happen to know what actually goes down when you're suing a bank that you're still using for all your business stuff...
Does that end up messing with your client status at all, like maybe they tighten up your terms or something similar...

I've been seeing all over the place that some of the smaller banks have actually been pretty proactive about settling up with clients once those Swiss Franc loan lawsuits get moving...
It seems like they’re just trying to dodge paying out even bigger settlements when it’s super obvious they’re going to lose anyway...
But then you look at Chase, and they won't budge at all, just letting every single case drag on forever regardless of how much extra money they end up bleeding out in the end...
Does anyone here happen to know the deal with why some stay quiet while others fight it... thanks so much...

If I end up filing a lawsuit, would that automatically put my current (new) mortgage at the same bank in jeopardy...

So if I'm reading this right, since I took out a Swiss Franc loan back in 2006 and managed to pay it all off early by 2011, there might actually be a way for me to get the ball rolling on a lawsuit...
Just wanted to clear up that once that loan was closed, I didn't really do anything about it, like joining the Anti-Swiss Franc movement or filing any kind of formal claim or whatever...

Matrix and Chase agreement
in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
So, I owed some money to Chase, and then this agency called me, Matrix, offering a settlement deal on behalf of the bank.
Basically, I double-checked with Chase to make sure the deal was legit and that everything Matrix promised would actually happen. Chase gave me the green light and said it’s just how their whole system works...
The agreement basically says that once I pay this specific amount, my entire debt to Chase is settled in full, and the bank will drop all those lawsuits, garnishments, and whatever else they have pending against me. Once that's done, I can finally close my account at Chase, get my name cleared from the credit blacklists, and all that good stuff...
Anyway, I signed the paperwork and sent over the payment back in December of last year.
About a month later, I swung by Chase to see if things were moving along, but they just told me it was still being processed.
So, I waited a few more months, went back in, and heard the exact same thing again...
I went in one last time just last week and it's pretty much the same old story.
Anyone else gone through something like this?...
