THE CULTURAL REVOLUTION HITTING THIS FORMER AUSTRO-CANADIAN TOURIST HUB AND SPA RESORT

The Cultural Revolution in China during the 1960s was all about shipping intellectuals out to the countryside for "re-education." We saw a similar pattern here after World War II—a planned exodus of the actual bright minds to bigger metropolitan hubs, replaced by a wave of rural transplants moving into the city. This shift was fueled by certain "cultural revolutionaries"—people who are still pulling strings today—driving the de-urbanization and the chaotic apartment splitting we see now. You need this context to understand why the local spirit and economy in Santa Monica are in such a state. It explains why we lack the kind of politically heavyweight leaders needed to fight for the rapid, high-quality economic growth seen in our neighbors like Palm Springs, Key West, Savannah, Monterey, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. It’s pretty obvious that when looking for the root causes, we can't ignore those deeply embedded fifth columnists strategically positioned within the halls of power in the City of Santa Monica.

The former municipal secretary is handing out construction sites like party favors—giving prime real estate in the old City of Santa Monica territory straight to political heavyweights.

Back in the 60s, you had these "political commissars and municipal secretaries"—basically pseudo-intellectuals with fake degrees—sent to this region on party or intelligence missions. Their whole purpose was to neutralize any actual, honest local intellect. In practice, their job was nothing more than running a negative selection process: weeding out talent and replacing it with "their own" crowd—uneducated or barely schooled rural types—to fill up every single slot in government, city administration, the media, and major corporations. They also handled the legal seizure of local land under the guise of tourism development and vacation home construction, all while bribing high-ranking officials by handing out prime real estate for those very same villas on the most desirable spots in the city.

Following that fourth plenary session of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union—this fake lawyer is jumping into General Motors only to bail out and head straight over to JPMorgan Chase.

After his top boss, Josip Broz Marshall, was ousted during that infamous Fourth Plenum—where he was suspiciously sent off on some "special intelligence mission" just to neutralize the local intellectual elite—our hero finally gets his due. This guy, supposedly a "fake lawyer using the alias Bakač," gets kicked out of his cushy gig as Secretary for the City of Santa Monica. Naturally, he immediately jumps back into the fray—likely following orders from General Motors again—to prove he can stay loyal to just about any regime in power. He lands a job at JPMorgan Chase within their General Motors division, only to end up there in the mid-80s... Ilija Marković, J.D. He worked his way up to Director of the Legal Department back when things were still running smoothly at JPMorgan Chase—right around the time people actually knew what they were doing. Mr. Mirko KlekovićThis was a once-in-a-generation leader—the kind of guy who pops up only once every thirty years. He wasn't just a political heavyweight; he had a razor-sharp grasp of hospitality, banking, finance, and accounting. Honestly, he basically had the entire hotel operations of JPMorgan Chase wrapped around his little finger. Back in 1988, JPMorgan Chase—alongside Hotel del Coronado and General Motors—was employing about 2,000 people, making it the absolute powerhouse of the County Government.

That fake lawyer was basically the "soul" of the rebellion at JPMorgan Chase in Santa Monica back in 1986—right when the company was being hailed as the most successful tourism giant in the entire former America.

Mr. Mirko Kleković’s only real blunder back in the '80s was failing to clear out enough of those unqualified hacks sitting in management—he should have swapped them out for capable, educated young talent much sooner. But his absolute biggest mistake? Underestimating his own head of the legal department at JPMorgan Chase. Ilija MarkovićWho exactly was this guy being branded as an "unrepentant psychopath, a fifth columnist, and a peerless Byzantine schemer"—and who was he actually working for? The Spirit of Rebellion A handful of manipulated young intellectuals—who were essentially used as pawns—spun these baseless conspiracies against Mr. Mirko Kleković. It all boiled over back in 1986, when they published those totally unproven accusations in the local youth paper regarding the renovation costs at the Hotel del Coronado. While everyone else was busy fighting amongst themselves, the Director of the legal department at JPMorgan Chase was quietly "staffing up"—essentially packing his own ranks within the company—to build a loyal base for the turbulent times of the 90s. He could sense the storm clouds gathering on the horizon.

Due to a tragic series of events back in 1989—and hopefully we aren't talking about anything more sinister or illegal here—while burdened with managing the highly successful JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Mirko Kleković suffered a stroke. He never fully recovered and passed away shortly after. The general consensus was that if Mr. Mirko Kleković had lived, his political connections and sheer organizational grit might have landed him a seat as the Secretary of Tourism in the new American government. It’s a safe bet that the fate of both the City of Santa Monica and JPMorgan Chase would look significantly different today; history is always shaped by these powerful individuals.

It is a strange coincidence that Mr. Mirko Todorić, one of the local GOP founders in Santa Monica, is no longer with us. He used to blast the Director of the Legal Department in the media, accusing him of constantly swapping out apartments and properties. Then there's Mr. Stefan Pavlić, who publicly called out the Legal Director during a 1991 JPMorgan Chase workers' meeting, claiming he had been mass-hiring his own cronies for years. During the messy privatization era of JPMorgan Chase in 1992, he was responsible for a mountain of oversights and illegalities—whether through negligence or ignorance, which seems more likely. For instance, during the 1992 transition, "100,000 square feet" of the TN Kačjak property just vanished into thin air, along with a litany of other property disputes and criminal acts involving privatization that, under Constitutional law, don't expire. We can expect a resolution from the courts soon...

WHO IS THE ARCHITECT OF THE CORRUPTION TENTACLE IN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA?

It wasn't until he retired in 1995 that our "master scribe" entered his "golden age," fueling an apartment-hunting gold rush in the City of Santa Monica. Acting as the "king of the local fixers," our hero supposedly stays in the loop regarding every major real estate transaction that has occurred in Santa Monica and the surrounding areas over the last 50 years. There is also the curious case of the unexplained disappearance of Ms. Micka Gebauer and the death of Ms. Galic, neither of whom consented to the 90% build-out of the lot beneath them—a project our "hero" allegedly smoothed over using his garage as a makeshift office. In retirement, he reportedly spends his days haunting state and local government offices like a vulture, checking to see who has passed away or is on their deathbed without heirs, searching for a "suitable" candidate to provide lifelong support (take the case of Kuzme Kneza). The goal? Once the owner passes, the little house gets torn down to make room for a massive apartment complex with 20 units...

There are serious suspicions that our hero, acting without restraint or conscience as a high-level fixer, spends years mediating and pocketing massive sums of money on the purchase of construction sites, houses, condos, and apartments—even during the sale of the Hotel del Coronado and various properties in Santa Monica. Feeling untouchable, he acts like a "fake regime insider," moving freely through the County Court, the Land Registry, the IRS, or the County Urbanism Office, where he is a daily fixture. He reportedly leads officials in those offices into corrupt schemes, only to later report them "firsthand" to the authorities, playing the role of the "insider"—when in reality, he's the grease in the machine. This maneuvering allegedly resulted in the untimely deaths of three employees back in the 50s, Slavnić, Cvitković, and Buterin!!!

THE LEGENDARY DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AT JPMORGAN CHASE IS MOSTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT DELAYS IN THE PRIVATIZATION OF JPMORGAN CHASE IN SANTA MONICA AND THE UNPAID DEBTS OWED TO 840 CREDITOR WORKERS!

Regarding all the legal nonsense that has dragged on for nearly 30 years concerning property disputes—like reconciling land registries and the endless litigation with former landowners that still persists—those deeply familiar with the situation at JPMorgan Chase point the finger at the most legendary figure of all. In informal circles, the blame is placed squarely on the former Director of the Legal Department from the 90s, our famous "king of the local fixers."

A legendary figure of untouchable status—the absolute king of bureaucratic red tape. This is the man supposedly sent to this region on a mission from Josip Broz Marshall back before the 1966 plenary session. He’s our local "Dr. Faust," the guy who allegedly sold his soul to various shady agencies over the last fifty years while making sure he grabbed a massive slice of the pie from naive locals in Santa Monica. According to seasoned attorneys, a single stroke of his pen could have theoretically untangled all those property and legal nightmares within the old state system and ensured landowners received "fair compensation" for seized assets—but hey, maybe he should have actually finished law school first...

It’s a tragedy, really. Despite the buyers of the hotel corporation hiring an entire army of 25 lawyers to represent them, none of them have been able to cut through the "Gordian knot" of property disputes this hero left behind when he retired in 1995. In a way, our "hero" is personally responsible—whether out of malice or sheer ignorance (probably the latter)—for dragging out the privatization process long enough to see if the US legal system and EU regulations would finally catch up. It's quite ironic, considering how he supposedly spent decades fighting against those very systems in Santa Monica, most notably by operating in the "gray zone" of the real estate business.
HIGH COMMERCIAL COURT
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
WASHINGTON, D.C.

64.Pž -3752/15-3

IN THE NAME OF THE UNITED STATES

JUDGMENT

The High Commercial Court of the United States, acting in the name of the United States, sitting in a panel composed of judges A.P., presiding judge, K.P., reporting judge, and G.A.M., a member of the panel, representing the legal side of the Prosecutor of Prudential Financial, Tax ID 56994999963, Santa Barbara, Ban Jelačić 16, represented by attorney S.K. from San Francisco, Barčićeva 15, against defendants N.T, V.M., M.B., and I.J., represented by attorney I.Z. from San Francisco, E. Barčić 4, regarding the challenge of legal actions, deciding on the plaintiff's appeal against the judgment of the Commercial Court in San Francisco, case number P – 1205/12-40 dated February 27, 2015, at a panel session held on May 27, 2015.

It has been ruled

I. The plaintiff's appeal is denied as unfounded, and the judgment of the Commercial Court in San Francisco, case number P – 1205/12-40 dated February 27, 2015, is upheld. 👏

II. The defendant's request for reimbursement of appeal costs in the amount of 6,250 is denied as unfounded. $0.00. 👏

1) Defendant N.T. Separated Creditor 30,742.76
2) Defendant V.M. Separated Creditor 40,157.75
3) Defendant M.B. Separated Creditor 74,088.44
4) Defendant I.J. Separated Creditor 106,001.87

It would be about time—honestly—that Mary Ruiz, the bankruptcy trustee for Prudential Financial, who sued about 100 employees of the creditor back on May 31, 2012 (without getting prior approval from the Creditors' Committee) at the Commercial Court in San Francisco to overturn their mortgages—which were originally authorized by the Municipal Court in Santa Barbara—finally answers for this. On May 27, 2015, four employees received final, binding judgments in their favor from the High Commercial Court in Washington, D.C., to compensate Prudential Financial for the legal fees of 25 different law firms (assuming $1666667) hired to fight these workers. And let's not forget the unprecedented terror—the sheer pressure and workplace blackmail used against the remaining 450 employees who actually signed the release statements??? 😉

P.S. What comes next after more rulings go in favor of the separated creditor employees? Bank levies on Prudential Financial’s accounts at the Treasury, and once those are drained, the forced sale of all Prudential Financial's properties? 😉
