Then, tell them you’d be more than happy to see them in court... and that once you do, you'll be calling up your ISP to confirm exactly how they handed over your information.
You have to understand what it actually means for an ISP to leak data illegally—these details can only be released with a valid court order, which I highly doubt these people possess.
