On Braco.
Thanks to everyone here for the advice. I'm definitely posting an ad on Craigslist, and we'll look into advertising elsewhere too.
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on how to effectively market a prime piece of coastal land. We recently reached out to a few local real estate agencies, but we also want to try handling things ourselves on the side—basically, whoever closes the deal first wins. My main question is: how do I actually get in front of serious developers who would be interested in building an apartment complex? With the current economic climate, everything feels like it's moving a bit slower than usual. If you have any constructive tips or personal experiences from selling property lately, I’d love to hear them.
Thanks in advance,
