Instead, just toss everyone into a 14-day quarantine and test them every single day. Let 'em come. Then, when they head back, they can deal with another 14 days of isolation in whatever state they're traveling to.

A local politician once famously remarked, "In America, anything is possible."
If I were calling the shots, I’d ban anyone coming from out of town from attending the Easter festivities at our local community center. Honestly, if we locals aren't even gathering given how things currently stand, then what possible reason could there be for inviting outsiders into the mix?
I suppose I wouldn't mind making an exception for those who are genuinely struggling with unemployment and have nowhere else to turn, but for everyone else who is perfectly fine and just wants to travel to the States for the sake of it? They really don't need to be here.
What is even the point of these permits if we’re now hearing that the police aren't actually handing out citations, but are instead just giving warnings to those traveling to other cities without them?
Who exactly is being foolish here, and what was the logic behind even implementing such a system in the first place?

With people acting like this, I guess we should probably expect even stricter lockdowns and mandatory quarantines soon...

Like I said before—and I’ll say it again—these folks clearly need an electric collar with a GPS tracker. That way, if they step out of bounds, maybe a little shock would remind them to stay put...

An explosive collar would actually be more effective.

The real problem at the end of the day will be that those who actually have a legitimate reason to travel will find it nearly impossible to get a permit.
World Cup Handball: The Final Stretch in Other Sports ·
I honestly don't get why everyone is making such a massive deal out of just reaching the semifinals.

If they had actually fought their way into the finals, I might have something to say, but what does a semifinal even signify? At the end of the day, we could still walk away empty-handed without a single medal if they don't start playing the way they're supposed to. Not that I follow handball religiously or anything—it doesn't exactly keep me up at night—but still.

Give this software a shot: Rufus

I actually used it once to get Windows 7 up and running because my DVD drive was acting up, and honestly, I didn't run into a single issue. Once you download the tool, it provides all the necessary instructions right there. Is it really that hard to just follow the steps? Not at all.

It’s always easy to talk big when you're spending someone else's money.🙄 I have no intention of listing what I might inherit because, frankly, most people throwing numbers around here seem more interested in bragging than sharing reality. To claim you'll inherit a few apartments and houses and then act like it's nothing—well, if those people actually used their own two hands to build something, who is stopping them from achieving even more? As for their own children, they probably won't leave behind anything more than what they were given in the first place.
