How can I improve my mental and physical well-being?

I can't get anything done, and even when I do manage a few things, they're total garbage. When I started college, I was on fire—fit, happy, totally driven. I basically lived in the studio, rarely went out, but honestly? I loved it. Then sophomore year hit and I realized my body couldn't handle those all-nighters anymore. My health just tanked. I’m constantly sick. My GPA took a massive dive too, which sent me straight into a depression. It's like I just let myself down. Now that I'm a junior, the dread is real. I know I'll eventually have to pull an all-nighter again, but instead, I just sit there scrolling through stuff online. I can't focus. I can't force myself to work. On top of everything, I feel empty. Just zero motivation. I could stay in bed for days doing absolutely nothing... I've reached the point where I won't even leave my apartment for days at a time. I've never been this irresponsible or lazy in my entire life... and then the next day, I'm just pissed at myself because I wasted another day. It's this endless, vicious cycle I can't break. Throw in constant waves of sadness, rage, and disappointment 🙂... I recently ended a long-term relationship where I felt miserable, and things were actually looking up for a second, but now it feels like I've hit another dead end. I tried hitting the gym to get back on track, but after one week, my lymph nodes started swelling up and it's been going on for two months. I've already burned through three rounds of antibiotics—two for my throat, one for a bladder infection—and nothing works. I don't even know how to start fixing my head or my body. I'm 20 years old, but I feel like I'm eighty. And look, I used to be such a positive person. I always gave it my all... now, it's like that person is just gone.🙄🤷
Look, if you ask me, I think you might be overthinking the health stuff a little too much... you gotta remember you're in architecture school, and until you walk across that stage with a degree, you basically have to delete the word "sleep" from your vocabulary entirely... I don't even want to go there with what I personally went through during my undergrad years... back in the day...
So, yeah, what you're dealing with at school is really just a tiny preview of what the actual job is like... I honestly think you've just fallen out of your rhythm and everything has piled up on you at once... it's classic for anyone carrying this major.......you'll be fine, seriously, just pass your Urban Planning exam with the professor at Columbia and you'll be golden 😉
