🤦

I honestly don't get what people find so "phenomenal" about Alonso’s driving lately. Is it really just him overtaking a couple of cars from Williams or Toro Rosso? If that's our gold standard for greatness, then we might as well start handing out trophies to Kimi and Grosjean, or even Di Resta for good measure. It feels like we're overhyping basic competency.

The whole point is that Fernando is probably going to end up without titles or a winning streak again...
As for the penalty for that lowlife at LDM, Kimi is going to absolutely tear him apart all season long. So, think about how smart it was to trade a diamond for cheap costume jewelry.😬

Regarding why everyone is stressing over the vet—the kid could drive 96 races purely as a tourist in a Marussia just sightseeing the crowd... but even then, based on total titles in his first 200 races/first 11 seasons, he’s still better than Fernando.😍

So, if last year we saw... It’s basically like being stuck in a car. If he had actually relied on his own talent to stay in the championship hunt right up until those final few laps of the season, he’d be in a completely different position this year. It’s ten times better. Honestly, there’s just no comparison. He really should have cruised to that win with a much more comfortable cushion in the points.

Look, there’s really no way to sugarcoat it: if you don't walk away with the championship, you simply failed. There aren't any excuses left to make, because at the end of the day, if you haven't secured that title, then... maestro Turns out he’s not exactly the maestro after all.
