I’m neither an indigo nor a crystal child—just your local neighborhood fool.

:-) :-) :-) :-)

My apologies :-) I see your point and actually agree; I used to think the same way myself. :-) When I mentioned passivity, I was thinking more about environmental issues and the greater good. :-) We all talk endlessly about tonnage and impact, and I’m right there with you, but in reality, we aren't doing much.

As for the second part of your comment regarding filing a formal complaint—I'm with you on that one. :-):-D
Consider me your resident provocateur; ;-) my goal is just to nudge you a little further.

I watched that Science Magazine piece wearyrider16 shared, where Simmons breaks down those distinctions between indigo and crystal children... there might be a grain of truth in there somewhere.

But honestly, I think it’s just a convenient way to feed the ego, much like someone else pointed out here. Isn't it perfectly natural for generations to shift? My grandmother's generation wasn't the same as mine, and we aren't the same as the kids coming up behind us.

Where I do agree is that "indigo generations" tend to be passive—mostly just complaining and lamenting the state of the world—whereas "crystal generations" seem more inclined to actually take action. To me, that sounds less like mysticism and more like basic sociology and anthropology.

Everyone wants to believe they belong to the "indigo" group. Please.

Betty Patel172 said:What defines an "indigo"? It seems you find yourself misunderstood by everyone while grasping everything yourself—a heavy burden for someone so perceptive. I see them everywhere, both here and abroad; they are all indigos, my friend.🙄

Apparently, we're all indigos now. 😀

@wearyrider16, look at Shimlesa go!

I can't quite put my finger on it, but these kinds of videos are starting to make me feel a bit anxious... I'm not sure if it's because they aren't telling me anything new or if it's just the sheer drama of it all.

Lately, I’ve found myself getting increasingly annoyed by people who act like they have all the answers... and I tend to view Shimlesa that way, as someone constantly lecturing everyone. I don't get the impression he's actually that brilliant, though. :-) I suppose it's just starting to irritate me on a subconscious level.
I find this whole obsession with "indigo children"—and the adults who claim to be them—to be a bit overdone. It feels like a fast track to losing one's grip on reality.

In my view, the real takeaway should be that people need to take ACTION rather than just philosophizing or complaining about how the world is going to hell. I realize that isn't easy, but action is the only thing that actually moves the needle; everything else is just noise.
I suspect they’re mostly ill-fitting...
