Is it possible the issue lies with our postal service? It seems to be in a state of total collapse regarding packages and everything else lately! My advice would be to hang in there just a bit longer, as delays are almost guaranteed right now. For instance, my packages from China have reached the US, but goodness knows where they are! I hear from the mail carrier that things in Chicago are in complete shambles and they aren't even receiving deliveries at all.

When I attempt to make a bank transfer to my Wise account in USD, does it show you the IBAN and SWIFT details for Chase Bank as well?

I am looking to move some funds from Revolut over to Wise.
