How much is a primary care doctor actually required to give me a referral if I ask for one? Is there some kind of legal limit on how many referrals a patient can get, regardless of whether the doctor thinks my reasons are valid enough or not?

I could really use some help deciding which of these two is actually worth it.

Also—quick question—can you tilt the speakers on either of these systems so they aren't just sitting there horizontally? I was thinking more of a vertical setup... does that even work without ruining the sound?
