So, who’s the rightful heir here? Is it the son who never once set foot in that house, never lifted a finger for maintenance, and wouldn't know a thing about helping his parents out? Or is it the son who lived under the same roof, cared for them, looked after the property, and actually paid the mortgage installments as part of the household?
Regarding the buyout of government-owned apartments that were previously occupied under US Army housing rights—specifically, who actually has the legal right to continue those installment payments after the protected tenant passes away?
I'm running Windows 7, and I had Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 & 3 installed on it. After a while, MW3 just vanished from my computer, and then yesterday, MW2 followed suit. All that's left on my desktop is a blank white icon. There isn't even a trace of the game files left on my system—it's like I went through and used Revo Uninstaller to wipe everything out myself. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Why does this even happen? I never ran into anything like this back when I was using Windows XP.
