Republican Party - General Discussion

It seems to me that we might be overlooking certain nuances, and if I may be so bold as to suggest, perhaps there is more to the situation than what is being presented on the surface. I guess it’s possible that my perspective is a bit too cautious, but I truly believe that a more measured deliberation might serve us all better in the long run.It seems somewhat naive to believe that someone like Miro Kovač, who has been an active fixture within the Republican Party for over twenty-five years, is suddenly going to spearhead some kind of radical transformation. After spending two and a half decades remaining silent while serving under Ivo Sanders, Jadranka Kosor, Karakark, and Andrej Plenković—essentially turning a blind eye to all the various injustices along the way—it feels a bit optimistic to see people waiting for him to act as this new messiah who will finally sweep away Andrej Plenković and his circle of political appointees.
Chempres I suppose one could say:
I suppose I don't quite see how you can miss the point here. When they inevitably poll the Republican Party for the 245th time—which, if you ask some people, is basically the only question that matters, though they still haven't managed to kick Andrej Plenković and Co out of the picture—there won't be anything left of the party to even salvage.
I suppose this path leads straight to a dead end.
If they can finally manage to get what they need—which is really the most critical part of this whole situation—then I suppose we might all finally have the chance to breathe a little easier.
I suppose all it really takes is a few shallow bursts of patriotic rhetoric, and suddenly everyone is wagging their tails like a happy little puppy.
I suppose I should start by addressing what was said in that Quote.
It feels like we’re seeing nothing more than a superficial display of patriotism lately. I suppose it’s quite simple for them: they just toss out some shiny, new face representing the Republican Party, wrapped up in polished, patriotic rhetoric, and hope for the best. It seems like they think by presenting someone like Rose, or appealing to the Bridge or the Sovereigntists, they can instantly trigger that intense, almost irrational devotion people have for the Republican Party.
Miro Kovač really only has one goal: keeping himself happy, because he's clearly the most important person in his own world. He comes across as a total egoist and a massive poser. He’s basically just looking for an excuse to flaunt himself. He’s spent years watching manipulators and incompetents climb to the Prime Minister's office from the sidelines, and he’s finally jumping in now because he’s probably the least intimidated by Andrej Plenković compared to any other leader he's dealt with.
And let's be real, they all come from the same old crowd, so nothing is actually going to change—except maybe he'll get a flashier car and enjoy that police escort he loved so much during his time as minister.😁
