Quarantine Life

Been in quarantine since November 9th, 2020--
Had a fever and aches on the 9th and 10th. Had to isolate because my buddies I hang out with all tested positive.
Fever broke by the 11th; started feeling significantly better after that.
I feel fine now, except for one thing: lost my sense of smell on the 13th, and it hasn't come back yet.
My ten-day isolation period ends tomorrow.
Should I stay in isolation until my sense of smell returns?
Read online that for some people, it takes weeks, while others get it back in just a few days.
