Quarantine Life

Question
Back in March, I hit my seventh day of quarantine after being ordered to isolate at the airport when I landed here in the US.
Since my PCR test came back negative on day seven, I shot an email over to the Department of Justice, and they cleared me from isolation.
So, here’s the kicker... I really need some kind of paper trail or official document that proves those seven days actually happened.
It's for my income tax filing. Who do I even talk to? Is there a specific office I should contact to get a formal certificate or some kind of paperwork???
Thanks!
