The DHS office over at the Mayo Clinic location isn't even handling residency stuff—they said over the phone they only deal with emergency driver's licenses for professionals. So there you go.
But seriously, what are you supposed to do when you aren't registered at your current address, and your employer can't help you out with the necessary paperwork?
