I mean, look, I honestly believe your local family practitioners are more than capable of handling this stuff, so there really shouldn't be any excuse not to just head in for an appointment or at least give them a call first. I totally get that managing blood sugar levels can be a massive headache, but you really have to try to keep things steady... maybe by sticking to regular, nutritious meals whenever possible...
The communications team is running a total disaster of a project.

What kills me most is seeing them getting praised in the media for being such great communicators. I mean, seriously, people usually head to grad school to study communication if they actually want to be good at it... but these guys? They couldn't communicate their way out of a paper bag. I guess they finally realized they were failing and scaled back to just one press conference a day once the journalists started grilling them relentlessly... well, at least they figured *something* out.

p.s.
The absolute highlight for me is how they slapped parking tickets on the volunteers in Washington, D.C., and those mountain climbers who spend their own time and risking their health to clear chimneys and fix roof tiles... even though they had official decals on their cars!

If you ask me, I’d say you’re dealing with some serious blood sugar issues—specifically insulin levels and insulin resistance.

You really ought to push your doctor to run more than just a standard glucose test; make sure they check your fasting insulin levels too. Only after you have those results should you head over to the cardiologist, because honestly, things like heart palpitations or arrhythmias can actually be side effects of insulin resistance.

For me, the telltale sign was that my hands would start shaking within about thirty minutes of finishing a meal, and I’d get hit with these dizzy spells out of nowhere. It was so confusing at first, because everyone thinks diabetics struggle when they *don't* eat, but for me, it happened right *after* eating. I’m pretty convinced that’s what’s happening with you, too. The tricky part is that most clinics won't run those specific panels unless you insist, and since you'll likely need to see an endocrinologist to get it sorted, it might take a while to get the answers you need...

It strikes me as a bit odd that your symptoms last for hours, though I suppose anxiety could be compounding the whole mess...
