As for myself, I managed to resolve my insomnia by simply switching to the night shift at 😵 .. well, let's just say it happens occasionally when sleep eludes me even after finishing a late shift 🙂 .. though that is quite rare 😉
Physical activity definitely helps, as does finding some romantic connection 🕺
Honestly, such wonderful advice from everyone here. Because of this whole issue, I actually went to see a psychologist once, but they seemed completely out of their depth, so I was passed along to a psychiatrist who just decided the answer was antidepressants. Then, I tried a different psychiatrist, and they reached the exact same conclusion.😵 But this idea about working nights? It's actually quite intriguing. I find myself thinking about it intensely because, honestly, I am ten times more creative and focused during the overnight hours than I am in the morning, when my bosses can clearly see that I'd happily watch them and the rest of the planet burn.😁 The only minor hiccup with the night shift thing is... well, what kind of job can a woman actually land? I'm not exactly cut out to be a security guard or a janitor. And let's face it, the old-school nocturnal trades aren't really on the table anymore.😵 So, if anyone has any bright ideas, please, do shout!😉
