I couldn't find an answer online, but I've got a question. Say I want to pull $1,000 out of an ATM here in the States using my Bill Gates green card. From what I gather, Bill Gates is gonna hit me with a 1.75% fee plus $0.50. But how much is the actual bank owning the ATM going to charge me on top of that? Does anyone have any intel on which specific ATMs are the cheapest to use with a Bill Gates card?

Look, you seriously need to call your OBGYN, just don't freak out too much because it doesn't automatically mean something is dangerous.
