So, I've got a freelancer who switched over to full bookkeeping and joined the VAT system starting November 1st. Can he still write off stuff like his phone bill, cell service, rent, and internet for that window between November 1st and December 31st, 2021, even if he didn't pay those bills out of his business account?😵
